Kompetensen st\u00e5r mitt i ljusk\u00e4glan ocks\u00e5 n\u00e4r vi talar om syssels\u00e4ttning, samh\u00e4llets strukturomvandling och v\u00e4lbefinnande i arbetet. Kompetensen \u00e4r det s\u00e4kraste svaret p\u00e5 hur vi ska klara de arbetslivsf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar som klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen och den teknologiska utvecklingen ger upphov till.<br>Ett kompetensbaserat arbetsliv kr\u00e4ver att lagstiftningen och avtalen st\u00f6der kompetensutveckling inom alla arbetstagarkategorier, oavsett k\u00f6n, \u00e5lder eller arbetsuppgift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kompetens ger trygghet<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi ber\u00e4knar att det finns uppskattningsvis en miljon finl\u00e4ndare i arbetsf\u00f6r \u00e5lder som skulle beh\u00f6va uppdatera sin kompetens. Om inte arbetstagarens individuella kompetens \u00e4r \u201dup-to-date\u201d blir det sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r hen att kunna uppleva trygghet i arbetslivets f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsskeden, och ett bredare deltagande i vidareutbildning skulle \u00e4ven s\u00e4tta fart p\u00e5 hela kompetensutvecklingen inom v\u00e5ra arbetsplatser. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r borde tr\u00f6skeln att s\u00f6ka sig till vidareutbildning h\u00e5llas s\u00e5 l\u00e5g som m\u00f6jligt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbetsplatsen \u00e4r den centrala utg\u00e5ngspunkten f\u00f6r den som vill l\u00e4ra sig nytt. Arbetet ska stimulera arbetstagaren att utveckla sin kompetens, men samtidigt ocks\u00e5 g\u00f6ra det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r arbetstagaren att dra nytta av sin kompetensutveckling, och att bli bel\u00f6nad f\u00f6r den. Utbildningsbehoven f\u00f6r varje arbetstagare ska bed\u00f6mas regelbundet genom individuella kompetenskartl\u00e4ggningar. Arbetsgivare ska \u00e5rligen g\u00f6ra upp en helt\u00e4ckande utbildningsplan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kompetensutveckling \u00e4r ink\u00f6rsporten till nya och b\u00e4ttre produkter och arbetsmetoder inom arbetsgemenskapen. N\u00e4r kompetensniv\u00e5n \u00e4r h\u00f6g hos varje person i arbetsgemenskapen m\u00e5r hela arbetsgemenskapen bra och fungerar med god produktivitet, och d\u00e5 skapar samarbete resultat som ingen enskild individ skulle kunna uppn\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00f6rl\u00e4ngd studieplikt<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Alla som g\u00e5r ut grundskolan borde d\u00e4refter avl\u00e4gga minst en examen p\u00e5 andra graden, och den borde vara kostnadsfri. L\u00f6sningen \u00e4r en f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngning av studieplikten. Det vore en reform som skulle \u00e5terbetala sig i form av en h\u00f6gre syssels\u00e4ttningsgrad och en l\u00e4gre grad av utslagenhet.
