I v\u00e5rt finl\u00e4ndska v\u00e4lf\u00e4rdssamh\u00e4lle f\u00e5 ingen bli l\u00e4mnad och \u00f6vergiven. Ett system som skapar social trygghet ska kunna garantera alla medborgare tillr\u00e4cklig utkomst i olika livssituationer, till exempel vid arbetsl\u00f6shet, sjukdom, familjeledighet och \u00e5lderdom. H\u00f6rnstenarna f\u00f6r v\u00e5r socialtrygghet ska \u00e4ven i forts\u00e4ttningen best\u00e5 av dels arbete, dels arbetsincitament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arbets- och sociallagstiftningens utveckling<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Den brytningsfas vi idag upplever inom arbetslivet utmanar \u00e4ven det finska socialskyddet. Dagens arbetsuppgifter f\u00f6rsvinner, nya f\u00f6ds, och de vedertagna formerna f\u00f6r hur v\u00e5rt arbetsliv ser ut faller is\u00e4r. V\u00e5rt nuvarande system \u00e4r byr\u00e5kratiskt, tj\u00e4nsterna splittrade, och individens m\u00f6jligheter att p\u00e5verka \u00e4r sm\u00e5. Socialskyddet m\u00e5ste utvecklas till ett allt mer stimulerande system som i allt h\u00f6gre grad tar h\u00e4nsyn till individuella behov och utmaningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nollavtalen och de existerande avtalsbegr\u00e4sningarna som g\u00e4ller variabel arbetstid tryggar inte i tillr\u00e4cklig m\u00e5n arbetstagarnas situation. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r m\u00e5ste arbetsavtalslagen utvecklas s\u00e5 att den b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n idag skyddar v\u00e5ra arbetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden, och lagstiftningen m\u00e5ste inneh\u00e5lla krav p\u00e5 etablerad arbetstid. Arbetstagare som arbetar i deltid m\u00e5ste f\u00e5 st\u00f6rre m\u00f6jligheter \u00e4n idag att ta emot annat arbete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arbetslivsf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna leder till att allt fler arbetstagare sannolikt i framtiden kommer att syssels\u00e4tta sig som egenf\u00f6retagare, p\u00e5 frilans eller med hj\u00e4lp av stipendier. Ett allt bredare spektrum av olika arbetsformer g\u00f6r det i sin tur allt viktigare att ta h\u00e4nsyn till dem som syssels\u00e4tter sig sj\u00e4lv n\u00e4r man utvecklar arbets- och sociallagstiftningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pension skapar trygghet<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Det finska arbetspensionssystemet \u00e4r i grunderna gott och kr\u00e4ver inga stora revisioner betr\u00e4ffande sina inriktningar. Men f\u00f6r att \u00e4ven i framtiden forts\u00e4tta kunna betala ut pension m\u00e5ste pensionssystemet \u00e4nd\u00e5 utvecklas i takt med de krav som v\u00e5rt f\u00f6r\u00e4nderliga samh\u00e4lle st\u00e4ller. Framf\u00f6r allt \u00e4r det faktorer som en stigande livsl\u00e4ngd hos befolkningen, en \u00e5ldrande befolkning och en sjunkande nativitet som utmanar v\u00e5rt arbetspensionssystem. V\u00e5rt m\u00e5l \u00e4r att f\u00e5 finansieringen av v\u00e5ra arbetspensioner i balans. De ungas position inom arbetslivet, samt syssels\u00e4ttningen av unga och invandrare \u00e4r faktorer med stor betydelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arbetspensionen, invaliditetspensionen, det inkomstrelaterade arbetsl\u00f6shetsst\u00f6det och arbetstagarnas grupplivf\u00f6rs\u00e4kringar baserar sig p\u00e5 den l\u00f6n vi f\u00e5r n\u00e4r vi arbetar. V\u00e5ra socialskydds- och pensionssystem finansieras till en del av l\u00f6ntagarna sj\u00e4lva.
