Varje akt\u00f6r som deltar i centralorganisationens beslutsfattande f\u00e5r sitt bemyndigande av medlemmarna i sitt eget f\u00f6rbund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Representantskapet och styrelsen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I STTK ut\u00f6vas den h\u00f6gsta beslutander\u00e4tt av ett <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sttk.staging.web-veistamo.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/12\/edustajiston-jsenet-ja-yleisvarajsenet-2021-2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">representantskap <\/a>med 60 medlemmar som fastst\u00e4ller de viktigaste riktlinjerna f\u00f6r organisationens verksamhet och godk\u00e4nner budgeten. Representantskapet sammantr\u00e4der tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger om \u00e5ret och dess mandatperiod \u00e4r fyra \u00e5r. Representantskapets konstituerande m\u00f6te v\u00e4ljer STTK:s ordf\u00f6rande och styrelse samt representantskapets presidium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>STTK:s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sttk.staging.web-veistamo.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/12\/hallituksen-jsenet-ja-varajsenet-2021-2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">styrelse <\/a>svarar f\u00f6r verksamheten gentemot representantskapet. Den bereder de \u00e4renden som ska behandlas i representantskapet samt verkst\u00e4ller representantskapets beslut. Varje medlemsf\u00f6rbund har minst en representant i styrelsen. Styrelsens arbetsutskott deltar i beredningen av \u00e4renden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Styrelsen godk\u00e4nner de f\u00f6rhandlingsresultat som tillkommit i STTK:s f\u00f6rhandlingsverksamhet. Den fattar \u00e4ven beslut som g\u00e4ller verksamheten vid STTK:s kontor. Kontorets personal best\u00e5r av sakkunniga inom olika omr\u00e5den, vilka har till uppgift att verkst\u00e4lla de \u00e4renden som styrelsen har fastst\u00e4llt. P\u00e5 kontoret arbetar \u00e4ven <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sttk.staging.web-veistamo.fi\/opiskelijatoimintamme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">STTK-Studenternas ordf\u00f6rande Lauri Kujala<\/a>. Kontoret leds av ordf\u00f6rande <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sttk.staging.web-veistamo.fi\/contact\/person\/palola-antti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Antti Palola<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De sakkunniga och juristerna p\u00e5 kontoret samarbetar n\u00e4ra med representanter f\u00f6r medlemsf\u00f6rbunden vid beredningen av \u00e4renden. STTK erbjuder sina medlemsf\u00f6rbund gemensamma utbildningar och m\u00f6jligheter att n\u00e4tverka och f\u00e5 kamratst\u00f6d. Sakkunniga och jurister deltar i medlemsf\u00f6rbundens olika evenemang och utbildar personalrepresentanter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e5ra medlemmar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5ra medlemmar best\u00e5r av sakkunniga och yrkesfolk med olika utbildningar. De arbetar till exempel inom industrin, h\u00e4lso- och sjukv\u00e5rden och tj\u00e4nstesektorn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information om medlemmarna<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Av medlemmarna \u00e4r cirka 74 procent kvinnor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medel\u00e5ldern f\u00f6r en medlem \u00e4r cirka 49 \u00e5r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medlemmen arbetar i genomsnitt 38,3 timmar i veckan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den genomsnittliga l\u00f6nen f\u00f6r en medlem \u00e4r 3 500 \u20ac \/ m\u00e5nad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Av medlemmarna arbetar 55 procent inom den offentliga sektorn och 45 procent inom den privata sektorn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>88 procent arbetar i en tillsvidareanst\u00e4llning och 12 procent i en visstidsanst\u00e4llning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Utbildningsniv\u00e5<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>yrkesh\u00f6gskoleexamen 30 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>universitets- eller vetenskapsh\u00f6gskoleexamen 5 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>yrkesinriktad examen p\u00e5 andra stadiet 27 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>institutexamen 31 %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00f6vriga 7 %<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Fackf\u00f6reningsr\u00f6relsens verksamhet bygger p\u00e5 principerna om representativ demokrati.
