V\u00e5r uppgift \u00e4r att p\u00e5verka \u00f6verallt d\u00e4r beslut som g\u00e4ller medlemmarnas v\u00e4lf\u00e4rd och livskvalitet fattas. Vi bedriver intressebevakning inom avtalsverksamheten, genom att p\u00e5verka det samh\u00e4lleliga beslutsfattandet och genom att delta i utvecklandet av lagstiftningen. Vi \u00e4r en reformv\u00e4nlig och politiskt pluralistisk organisation som aktivt samarbetar med olika samh\u00e4llsakt\u00f6rer. Vi st\u00f6der inte partipolitiska \u00e5tg\u00e4rder ekonomiskt, och \u00f6ppenhet i lobbyverksamhet \u00e4r ett viktigt v\u00e4rde f\u00f6r oss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genom debatt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Insynen i beslutsfattandet i Finland \u00e4r exceptionellt god j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med resten av v\u00e4rlden. Den g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt att f\u00f6ra en bred debatt i v\u00e5rt samh\u00e4lle. STTK vill, i samarbete med andra akt\u00f6rer, f\u00f6ra en debatt om alla de stora fr\u00e5gor som ber\u00f6r medlemmarna, s\u00e5som den \u00e5ldrande befolkningen, den internationella rekryteringen och klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen. Ut\u00f6ver debatt vill vi erbjuda information, olika verktyg och l\u00f6sningar till st\u00f6d f\u00f6r beslutsfattandet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avtala tillsammans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Avtalen f\u00f6reg\u00e5s av f\u00f6rhandlingar d\u00e4r varje part arbetar f\u00f6r sina m\u00e5l. Det f\u00f6rhandlingsresultat som uppn\u00e5tts \u00e4r alltid en kompromiss mellan dessa m\u00e5l. Med samarbete uppn\u00e5s \u00e4nd\u00e5 fler och mer l\u00e5ngsiktiga resultat \u00e4n vad n\u00e5gon part kan \u00e5stadkomma ensam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Ihmiset<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Finland \u00e4r ett avtalssamh\u00e4lle, d\u00e4r man s\u00f6ker ett s\u00e5 stort engagemang som m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r beslut i m\u00e5nga fr\u00e5gor som \u00e4r centrala f\u00f6r samh\u00e4llsutvecklingen. Inom ramen f\u00f6r treparts\u00f6verenskommelsen f\u00f6rbinder sig representanterna f\u00f6r l\u00f6ntagarorganisationerna, arbetsgivarorganisationerna och landets regering att fr\u00e4mja gemensamt f\u00f6rhandlade m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e4ra varje arbetstagare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

De representanter f\u00f6r personalen som valts p\u00e5 arbetsplatserna, s\u00e5som f\u00f6rtroendem\u00e4n och arbetarskyddsfullm\u00e4ktige, \u00e4r aktivt med i utvecklingen av arbetsgemenskaperna tillsammans med arbetsplatsens ledning. De \u00e4r representanter som valts av arbetstagarna sj\u00e4lva och som har en direkt l\u00e4nk till den egna fackf\u00f6reningen. Personalrepresentanter kan ocks\u00e5 kallas ”arbetslivsdatabaser”, eftersom de k\u00e4nner till arbetsvillkoren inom sitt omr\u00e5de som sina egna fickor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stark regional verksamhet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

STTK:s lokala och regionala verksamhet samlar akt\u00f6rer som arbetar inom olika fackomr\u00e5den. Dess uppgift \u00e4r att p\u00e5verka utvecklingen av en m\u00e5ngsidig och h\u00e5llbar n\u00e4ringsstruktur i olika delar av Finland, s\u00e5 att det \u00e4ven i framtiden finns tillr\u00e4ckligt med arbete f\u00f6r finl\u00e4ndarna. Alla fr\u00e5gor som ber\u00f6r medlemmarnas vardag, s\u00e5som boende, v\u00e4lf\u00e4rdstj\u00e4nster, utbildning, f\u00f6rebyggande av marginalisering eller till exempel trafikpolitik, omfattas ocks\u00e5 av p\u00e5verkansarbetet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Internationell p\u00e5verkan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Beslut som g\u00e4ller oss fattas allt oftare utanf\u00f6r Finlands gr\u00e4nser. Till exempel en stor del av arbetsavtalslagarna tillkommer i EU. P\u00e5 EU-niv\u00e5 produceras i allt h\u00f6gre grad ocks\u00e5 bindande avtal eller rekommendationer som styr verksamheten. STTK samarbetar internationellt, med s\u00e4rskild betoning p\u00e5 intressebevakningen i Europa och n\u00e4rliggande omr\u00e5den, men \u00e4ven globalt. Genom samarbetet s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller vi en st\u00f6rre p\u00e5verkan i f\u00f6r oss centrala m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
