F\u00f6r att kunna utf\u00f6ra sin uppgift samlar STTK in personuppgifter i register, vilka presenteras n\u00e4rmare nedan. Vi \u00f6verl\u00e5ter aldrig uppgifter till en tredje part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>STTK tar hand om skyddet av personuppgifter genom att v\u00e4lja tidsenliga instruktioner och applikationer relaterade till dataskydd och datas\u00e4kerhet. Alla uppgifter som finns i v\u00e5ra register finns p\u00e5 servrar i EU\/EES-l\u00e4nder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nyttjander\u00e4tten till registren \u00e4r begr\u00e4nsad till vissa personer i den utstr\u00e4ckning som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r deras arbetsuppgifter. Personerna har f\u00e5tt information och v\u00e4gledning om behandlingen av personuppgifter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e4ttigheter f\u00f6r den person som lagts till i registret<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Varje registrerad person har r\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 information om hur hens uppgifter behandlas.&nbsp;<strong>Hen har r\u00e4tt att:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bekanta sig med uppgifterna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>beg\u00e4ra att uppgifter korrigeras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>beg\u00e4ra att uppgifter raderas och har r\u00e4tt att bli bortgl\u00f6md<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>begr\u00e4nsa och mots\u00e4tta sig behandling av uppgifter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00f6verf\u00f6ra uppgifter fr\u00e5n ett register till ett annat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inte bli f\u00f6rem\u00e5l f\u00f6r automatiserat beslutsfattande<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alla f\u00f6rfr\u00e5gningar som r\u00f6r ut\u00f6vandet av r\u00e4ttigheter kan l\u00e4mnas till den personuppgiftsansvarige.<\/p>\n\n\n\t<p class=\"alert\">Add accordion items from block settings or by switching to edit mode.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"STTK rf \u00e4r en intresse- och f\u00f6rhandlingsorganisation som representerar sina 13 medlemsf\u00f6rbund.
