Tullen meddelade om inledande av samarbetsf\u00f6rhandlingar den 19 oktober. Detta \u00e4r en f\u00f6ljd av de kontinuerliga nedsk\u00e4rningarna som har gjort verkets anslag s\u00e5 strama att inga buffertar anv\u00e4nds.<br \/>\n\u2013 Nedsk\u00e4rningen i driftsanslag drabbar uttryckligen personalen i statens \u00e4mbetsverk eftersom pensionsavg\u00e5ngar och annan naturlig avg\u00e5ng inte sker kalkylerat.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 meddelar ocks\u00e5 Tullen som orsak till sitt svaga ekonomiska l\u00e4ge de kumulativt minskande anslagen och de of\u00f6rutsebara anslagsminskningarna. N\u00e4sta \u00e5r \u00e4r sparbehovet i sin helhet cirka fyra miljoner euro. Tullens hela personal hotas av permittering.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Redan nu vet man att vissa av Tullens kontor har s\u00e5 liten personal att ett genomf\u00f6rande av permitteringarna orsakar stora problem i Tullens serviceproduktion. Besparingarna \u00e4r obetydliga i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till deras skador.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Statens \u00e4mbetsverk och Tullens personal vill inte l\u00e4ngre ha extra nedsk\u00e4rningar i sin ekonomi. \u00c4ven permitteringarna \u00e4r ett h\u00e5rt slag mot personalen, vars semesterpenning sk\u00e4rs ned med 30 procent inom de kommande tre \u00e5ren och vars arbetstid f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngs utan ers\u00e4ttning. Personalens ork f\u00e5r inte s\u00e4ttas under f\u00f6r h\u00e5rd press.<br \/>\nPardia f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tter att alla tillg\u00e4ngliga medel f\u00f6r balansering av de statliga \u00e4mbetsverkens ekonomi unders\u00f6ks. <\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Riksdagen m\u00e5ste avvisa regeringens proposition om kategoriska anslagsnedsk\u00e4rningar, om den vill p\u00e5verka b\u00e5de syssels\u00e4ttningen och tillg\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 h\u00f6gklassiga statliga tj\u00e4nster.<br \/>\nL\u00f6ntagarorganisationen Pardia har totalt 40 000 medlemmar. Merparten av dem arbetar i statliga \u00e4mbetsverk och institutioner och en betydande del i aff\u00e4rsverk, f\u00f6retag, universitet och p\u00e5 FPA.
