FFC:s, Akavas och STTK:s avgiftsfria tj\u00e4nst Sommarjobbarinfo<\/a> har varit \u00f6ppen sedan b\u00f6rjan av maj. Den h\u00e4r v\u00e5ren \u00e4r det i synnerhet klausuler om tystnadsplikt som har v\u00e4ckt f\u00f6rv\u00e5ning bland sommarjobbarna<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sommarjobbarr\u00e5dgivaren Hanna-Marilla Zidan<\/strong> ber\u00e4ttar att en stor del av dem som har kontaktat Sommarjobbarinfo har haft fr\u00e5gor som g\u00e4ller arbetsavtal. Ofta handlar det om att unga sommarjobbare vill att r\u00e5dgivaren ska kolla igenom deras avtal innan de skriver under, f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rs\u00e4kra sig om att allt \u00e4r i skick under anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llandet och det inte uppst\u00e5r n\u00e5gra tr\u00e5kiga \u00f6verraskningar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zidan uppmuntrar alla unga att beg\u00e4ra ett skriftligt arbetsavtal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 \u00c4ven om ocks\u00e5 ett muntligt avtal \u00e4r bindande, s\u00e5 \u00e4r det l\u00e4ttare att kontrollera de \u00f6verenskomna sakerna, s\u00e5som l\u00f6nen och arbetstimmarna, i ett skriftligt avtal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tystnadsplikt v\u00e4cker f\u00f6rundran<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Den h\u00e4r sommaren har det kommit fram att det i exceptionellt m\u00e5nga arbetsavtal ing\u00e5r en klausul om tystnadsplikt, som g\u00e4ller bland annat l\u00f6nen samt rutiner och tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. M\u00e5nga unga f\u00f6rv\u00e5nas \u00f6ver det h\u00e4r och funderar p\u00e5 om allt st\u00e5r r\u00e4tt till p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Det \u00e4r orimligt att kr\u00e4va fullst\u00e4ndig tystnadsplikt av en ung person som har sitt f\u00f6rsta sommarjobb, s\u00e4ger Zidan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ibland kan tystnadsplikten bero p\u00e5 att arbetsgivaren \u00e4r r\u00e4dd att arbetstagarna ska ber\u00e4tta om problem och missf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden p\u00e5 jobbet i till exempel sociala medier. Enligt Hanna-Marilla Zidan skulle det vara viktigare att arbetsgivaren tar emot sommarjobbarna v\u00e4l i arbetsgemenskapen samt ger dem introduktion i arbetet och arbetss\u00e4tten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genom introduktionen ser man till att arbetstagarna \u00e4r medvetna om sina r\u00e4ttigheter och skyldigheter. I en del av de fall som Sommarjobbarinfo f\u00e5r k\u00e4nnedom om framg\u00e5r det tydligt att arbetsgivaren inte \u00e4r helt medveten om sina egna skyldigheter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Arbetstagarna har till exempel alltid r\u00e4tt till pauser, men en del av arbetsgivarna ids inte anstr\u00e4nga sig f\u00f6r att ordna s\u00e5 att deras anst\u00e4llda kan h\u00e5lla sina pauser, ber\u00e4ttar Zidan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det har ocks\u00e5 blivit vanligare att arbetstagare hyrs in via bemanningsf\u00f6retag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Bemanningsanst\u00e4llda har inget eget kollektivavtal, utan de f\u00f6ljer samma avtal som de andra arbetstagarna p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ocks\u00e5 arbetsgivare kan kontakta Sommarjobbarinfo om de undrar \u00f6ver n\u00e5got som g\u00e4ller arbetsavtal eller arbetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nolltimmarsavtal oroar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

M\u00e5nga kontakter har ocks\u00e5 handlat om att unga \u00e4r oroade \u00f6ver sin utkomst under hela sommaren, eftersom de kan ha v\u00e4ldigt f\u00e5 eller rentav noll arbetstimmar i sina avtal. Arbetspassen kanske st\u00e4lls in till exempel p\u00e5 grund av d\u00e5ligt v\u00e4der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Det g\u00e5r att avtala om ett minimiantal timmar ocks\u00e5 efter att man har ing\u00e5tt ett arbetsavtal. Det \u00e4r alltid en god id\u00e9 att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00f6rhandla till sig ett minimiantal timmar, s\u00e4ger r\u00e5dgivaren Hanna-Marilla Zidan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
