Riksdagsvalrysaren \u00e4r \u00f6ver och valutg\u00e5ngen \u00e4r klar. Valdeltagandet minskade fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rra riksdagsvalet, och n\u00e4stan en tredjedel valde igen att inte r\u00f6sta alls.
\u2013 Demokratin beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6rsvarare, och som f\u00f6renklat inneb\u00e4r det att man anv\u00e4nder sin r\u00f6str\u00e4tt i fria val. \u00c4ven nu var det \u00f6verl\u00e4gset st\u00f6rsta partiet soffliggarna. Detta \u00e4r sorgligt, beklagar ordf\u00f6randen f\u00f6r STTK Antti Palola<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e4st p\u00e5 programmet st\u00e5r regeringsf\u00f6rhandlingar och utarbetande av ett nytt regeringsprogram f\u00f6r en ny regering. STTK betonar att riksdagsvalet alltid ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r ett arbetslivsval och att det \u00e4r sannolikt att det i regeringsprogrammet antecknas m\u00e5nga \u00e5tg\u00e4rder som syftar till att utveckla arbetslivet.
\u2013 F\u00f6re valet h\u00f6rde vi m\u00e5nga presentationer, l\u00f6ften och till och med ovillkorliga utl\u00e5tanden som f\u00f6rhoppningsvis under regeringsf\u00f6rhandlingarna f\u00f6r\u00e4dlas till f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att i god anda kunna samarbeta med olika partier. Politik inneb\u00e4r behandling av gemensamma fr\u00e5gor. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r beh\u00f6ver vi samarbete p\u00e5 olika niv\u00e5er och mellan olika parter och vilja att hitta kompromisser, betonar Palola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STTK:s styrelse \u00f6nskar att landets regering h\u00f6r och ocks\u00e5 lyssnar p\u00e5 fackf\u00f6reningsr\u00f6relsen i fr\u00e5gor som g\u00e4ller arbetslivet.
\u2013 Trepartsberedningen \u00e4r det b\u00e4sta s\u00e4ttet att kontrollerat f\u00f6ra \u00e4renden vidare och utveckla arbetslivet. Vi har m\u00e5nga utmaningar i arbetslivet, s\u00e5som utbr\u00e4ndhet och problem med den psykiska h\u00e4lsan, det minskande antalet personer i arbetsf\u00f6r \u00e5lder och m\u00e5nga branscher lider av brist p\u00e5 arbetskraft. Man kan l\u00f6sa b\u00e4st dessa utmaningar i samarbete med fackf\u00f6reningsr\u00f6relsen. Man ska komma ih\u00e5g att arbetstagaren alltid \u00e4r den svagare parten i arbetslivet, konstaterar Palola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STTK:s styrelse betonar att utvecklingen av arbetslivet inte kan betyda f\u00f6rsvagning av arbetsvillkoren.
\u2013 Om den nya regeringen vill koncentrera sig p\u00e5 endast olika nedsk\u00e4rningar och f\u00f6rsvagningar i arbetslivsfr\u00e5gorna, kan man knappast undvika konflikter, bed\u00f6mer Palola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
